RENDERING

An essential aspect to all presentations by Account Executives to their Client,  Architect, Land Lord and County for Approvals. A critical part in assisting the client with their vision of their signage not to mention the sale of the product. By photo manipulation it is easy to show them a before and after rendering of their property with their new signage.

My intent is to excite the client in the review of their proposed signage and assist the Account Executive with their sale.

 

BRANDING

The examples are some corporations I provide branding drawings for. These have a variety of uses in their presentation and permitting processes for New and Conversion Properties.

 

I have developed the entire Family of Signs for some and added to and used existing Family of Signs for many others.

 

By utilizing a Family of Signs, be it new or existing, I am able to rapidly move through my drawing process saving the manufacturing sign company a considerable amount of money in their sales and permitting process.
